The objective is to produce a plan that will give the District the number and kinds of beds residents require, at the lowest possible cost to the taxpayer. The study will look not only at beds, but services that are alternatives to beds. Using cardboard and paper he created a model of his school which won honorable mention in a recent Science Fair. Frank gets along well with children and enjoys adult company. He likes sports -- plays soccer and baseball and enters track meets at school. Frank will do best in a family where he will get much love and reassurance and where he knows and understands what to ex- pect and what is expected of him.
