The com- pleted section of the trail starts at Agu bon Gorge, follows the river and the Lake Superior shoreline around to Hydro Bay an long the shoreline to Kelly's Harbour. F asa- d a- or the greatest part, the trail parallels the shore inside the woods to find safe footing. When safe footing such as a sand or grave beach is available, the trail runs along shore. A very scenic lookout has been in 1 the clud- ed in the trail. It is situated on a rocky hill at the east side of Terrace Bay (Hyd Bay). The proposed North Superior hiking trail covers some of the most rugged scen ro ery in Ontario, yet has been designed to follow the easier contours of the land to make hiking enjoyable.
