KINSMEN SPONSOR MOVIE On Tuesday, May I3th and Wednesday, May I4th at 8:00 p.m. the Kinsmen Club of Terrace Bay will be sponsoring the movie "CARRY ON DICK" starring the famous, funny, fantastic, "Carry on Gang". Admission will be $2.00 for Adults, $I.50 for students, and $I.50 for senior citizens. Proceeds from the project will go towards renovating the Boy Scout Hut. BOARD OF EDUCATION PASSES BUDGET At the Lake Superior Board of Education meeting held Monday, April 25th the Committee of the Whole Board reported: A) The approval of the Elementary Revenue and Expenditure Bud- get for the calendar year 1975 in the amount of $1,531,534.00, which includes the amount of $601,993.00 to be raised through local taxa- tion and the approval of the Secondary Revenue continued page 8 ......... 0." SPRING CLEANUP "The Council of The Township of Terrace Bay has proclaimed the week of MAY 11th to 17th 4 SPRING CLEANUP WEEK Commencing on Wednesday, May 14th, Township vehicles will collect articles which are set out close to the street. Where poss- ible small loose items such as leaves, should be placed in boxes. Larger items will also be taken - e.g. dryers, etc. On Wednesday, May 14th collection will be made on Pine Crescent, Poplar Crescent, Birch Crescent, Hudson Drive, Laurier Aven- ue, Radisson Avenue, Selkirk Drive and Simcoe Plaza. On Thursday, May 15th, collection will be made on Kenogami Rd., MacDonald Avenue, Elizabeth Avenue, Fort Garry Road, Princ- ess Avenue, Superior Avenue and Lakeview Drive.
