It was delivered to the president personal- ly by this friend of Miss Charles and the na- 'tional daily newspaper of Dacca carried the news to all locations. : During the month of January and February this young girl, Cathy, the daughter of Robbie and Ted Velanoff, who is in grade eight of the Public School has been receiving letters from all walks of life from Khulna, Khalishpur, Thakurgoan and Rajshahi, thanking her and the people of Terrace Bay for their very 'generous donation towards helping starving people in a devastated land, their gratitude showing in every word.
