Silver Collection Marvelous Mums Hockey Team continued page I3 NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of THE McCAUSLAND HOSPITAL will be held in the Lake Superior Schreiber High School Campus auditorium on the 7th day of April 1975 at 8:00 P.M. for the following purposes: (1) To consider and, if approved, to confirm with or without variation, a special resolution passed by the directors of the Corporation on the 18th day of March 1975 authorizing an application for Supplementary Letters Patent changing the name of the Corporation to "THE McCAUSLAND HOSPITAL". (2) To consider and, if approved, pass any and all resolutions and give all such authorizations and directions as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the foregoing.
