HOSTS FRIENDSHIP LUNCHEON The Afternoon Group of the Ladies Auxiliary, Community Church, played hosts to twenty-five Senior Citizens and guests of Birchwood Terr- ace, at a Friendship Luncheon held in the Church hall on January 2Ist. Mrs. Hilda Hiebert, chairman of the group, welcomed all the guests to the Smorgasbord Luncheon, prepared by the ladies. Reverend Peter McKague said Grace. Small favours, courtesy of Easton's of Canada, and the Avon representative, Mrs. Rob- bie Velanoff, were presented to each guest. Following the sumptuous repast, two films were shown, supplied by the Department of Na- tural Resources, Wold in a Marsh and Bird Neighbours. Mr. John Stanford, of the Natur- al Resources staff, was in charge of the pro- jector. Door prizes were won by Jessie Macadam and Mr. Neil Smith. Mr. W.E.
