DECEMBER I2, I973 TERRACE 'BAY NEWS PAGE 5 CHRISTMAS BAZAAR AGAIN SUCCESSFUL The Annual Community Church Christmas Baz- aar was as usual, a huge success, with throngs of shoppers awaiting door opening time, to in- spect and buy home baking, knitted goods, aprons, doll clothes, stuffed animals and all sorts of Christmas novelties, including some gorgeous candles and centerpieces. For the children, there was the cookie tree and a fish pond. There was also a Nearly New Table. Mrs. Lil Harris was General Convener with Mrs. A. Farrow looking after serving the dain- ties and tea and coffee. A variety of small cakes were on display for milady's choice, tea and coffee served at indi~ vidual tables with Christmas centerpieces. The hall was beautifully decorated by Carol and Holly Brown. The bake table was under the supervision of Connie Cvitkovich, Myrtle McBride and Gail Moore. Jean Roberts looked after the fish pond Dora Trach and Joanne Moore sold cookies from the cookie tree. Helen Brooks sold doll clothes and stuffed animals. Hilda Heibert and Rose Garriock, assisted by Gertrude Cotton, were in charge of the knitted goods. Lil Harris and Pam Jones old aprons.
