The records of the Schreiber Citizens Rink Committee were unavailable for our audit and accordingly the attached financial statements do not include the finan- cial statements for this committee. In our opinion, except for the qualifications concerning the Schreiber Citizens Rink Committee, these financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Municipality of the Township of Schreiber and its local boards as at December 3I, I972 and the results of their operations for the year then ended, in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted for Ontario municipalities applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.
