Ide, chairman of the Ontario Edu- cational Communications Authority announced the reappointment of Margaret Averill of Marathon, to the OECA Northwestern Ontario regional coun- cil. Mrs. Averill is an expert at dealing with pre-school and disturbed children for the Lake Superior Board of Education. Her work covers the area which includes Rossport, Schreiber, Terrace Bay, Marathon, Manitouwadge in special education. The I5-member regional council was formed over two years ago to advise the OECA on the development of educational television and other educational technology in Northwestern Ontario. The council meets once a month and welcomes the views of the general public on educational communications. ;
