Olav Sundland of Thunder Bay was a business visitor here last weekend. Lionel Hubelit and party from Wawa spent the weekend having come by his tug the Wavey the second and reported good sailing weather. Mr. and Mrs. R. Kenney were business visit- ors to Red Rock and Thunder Bay recently. Shirley Bouchard of Thunder Bay was home last weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Romeo Bouchard. A class of ten children made their First Holy Communion on Sunday with Rev. Father Meyer officiating. The children were Veanna Bain, Ella Schroeder, Della Mushquash, Terry Ann Bouchard, Vera Goodchild, Laura Ray, Darcy Bain Darrin Gerow, Narcuis Bain, Dennis Goodchild and Francis Goodchild. He gets on well with both grownups and children and is easy to live with because he is obedient and co-operative. English in descent, Kenny is a good-looking boy with very blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin. Kenny's health is good with one small area of doubt. He had a convulsion with a fever two years ago and none since. However, the pediatrician consulted by the Children's Aid Society feels there is a slight chance, perhaps 10 to 15 per cent, that he may develop epilepsy when he is 10 to 12 years old. His glasses are for near-sightedness in the left eye. Kenny is being called a slow learner. But he has a good memory especially for the songs he learns in kindergarten and he tries his best at school. He likes music, enjoys coloring and loves to play with small cars. Kenny is also an outdoors enthusiast. Talkative, responsive and affectionate, Kenny needs a family where he will be the youngest and where there are older brothers and sisters for him to imitate.
