Co-hostesses for the party were Mesdames D. Coupal, P. Jones, M. Mallais, A. Daley, J. Fisher, D. Ballentine, S. Opas and they pre- sented Mrs. Milks with a corsage on her arriv- al. Mrs. Jones had written a song in Mrs. Milks' honour, which was sung by members of the com- mittee, and later, suitably decorated, was presented to Mrs. Milks. Several skits were performed, and an auto- graph book was passed around, with each guest writing a poem to commemorate the occasion. Mrs. Milks was presented with a purse of money, and a sewing Susan. Mrs. Milks will be missed in Terrace Bay, as she is an accomplish- ed seamstress. Lunch was served by the committee in charge. khkhkhkhkhkhhkhkhhkkk Mrs. Kae Dozois was the guest of honour at a surprise farewell party at the home of Mrs. Lise Bougie, where some of Kae's friends gathered to wish her well in her new home. Several games were played, with prizes go- ing to the winners. On behalf of the assembled guests, Mrs. Bougie presented Kae with two lovely vases of Blue Mountain Pottery, in the new gold colours. Mrs. Bougie also gave Kae a gold and pearl necklace. Lunch was served by Mrs. Bougie and her daughter Sharon.
