Mrs. Harvey McCanna gave a paper on Scotland, Mrs. Joe Campbell one on New Zealand, Mrs. Fred Harness one on Ireland, and Mrs. Tommy Bolan one on the U.S.S.R. Mrs. John Morris was delegated to attend the dis= trict rally in the Slovak Hall in Thunder Bay on October 19th. Mrs. Russell Macadam sent a request to members to save used cards for Retarded Children. The money draw was won by Garth Morris of Manitouwadge and the door prize by Mrs. T. Span- fon. Mrs. Morris gave the card secretary's report and Mrs. Winnie Clemens read minutes and correspond- ence. Mrs. Todesco was appointed to lay the wreath on Remembrance Day. continued page 18 ......
