A resolution was passed to purchase a new Police cruiser. Reeve Cavanaugh reported on attending the District Health Unit meeting, and found it most interesting. TERRACE BAY WELCOMES KEN CAMPBELL Mr. Kenneth Campbell had recently joined the Terrace Bay Police Force as Constable, to replace Mr. J.J. Doyle, who retired September 13. : Constable Campbell graduated from Confederation College in Thunder Bay after completing the Law Security program. Mr. Campbell was born and raised in Belleville. He joined the Air Reserves where he was made a Lieutenant in 1968. During the past summer, he worked on the Doran's Community Service Units out of Thunder Bay. He previously was employed as a Security Officer, Investigations Branch, for Simpson-Sears. STORK CLUB Born to Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Goodmurphy of Terrace Bay a girl on September 26th, 1972.
