Leave Marathon 1:30 p.m. and arrive in Schreiber at 2:30 p.m. fo visit and return to Terrace Bay for dinner and overnight accommodation courtesy of Township of Terrace Bay and Kimberly Clark Corporation. If is not possible to visit Terrace Bay during school hours so it would be appreciated if an opportunity could be provided for the children to meet His Honour sometime after his arrival . His Honour will be accompanied by one of his daughters, his Aide de Camp, Col. F .F.'"McEachren, a Security Officer and possibly a second A.D .C. As you will note, this is an extremely rigorous schedule for his Honour during the days he will be in the riding so we will attempt to co-ordinate arrange- ments to enable him to relax in an informal way dur- ing the evenings. Col. McEachren has suggested that the Command- ing Officers in the towns where we have Cadet Corps should escort His Honour and introduce him to local people during his visit. | am relying on Reeves and Council to formalize plans during the time that His Honour will be in their communities and hope to hear from you as soon as you have had an opportunity to discuss the itinerary, Your assistance and co-operation in making this a successful visit for His Honour and his party will be most welcome and greatly appreciated. - Jack Stokes, MPP Thunder Bay.
