TERRACE BAY TOWN TOPICS Claudette Boudreau graduated from Port Arthur Collegiate Institute at Thunder Bay on June 28th last. She was the recipient of an Ontario Scholar Award. This award is given by the Ontario Government to students attai ning averages of 80% or more on six grade 13 credits. Claudette plans to attend Western University this fall. : 8
