The child shall have attained the age of 5 years on or before December 31st of the year of admission, and not to have exceeded 21 years, as provided in the regulations. The child must possess the ability to profit from the program being offered as determined by the Director of Education, the teacher of the school, and the Admissions Board. The child must have submitted to a psychological assessment before admission.
