Donations for Marg Duriez' New to You table are requested. Barbie doll clothes are also re- quested. Anyone interested in helping Judy Rogers sew or knit clothes for Barbie dolls, are requested to get in touch with Judy. Mrs. Lil Harris would appreciate help with the Apron table, either with donations of material, or help in sewing aprons. Mrs. Mary Vanderkam will be looking after the Kiddies Touch and Take table. Everyone will be contacted to bake for the Bake Sale. The Auxiliary are happy to announce that the Fort William Male Choir have consented to come to Terrace Bay, on the evening of October 16th, to present one of their superb concerts, proceeds of which will go to the Memorial Organ Fund. The regular monthly meeting of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Women's League was held in the Church hall Sunday evening at 8:30 p.m. The meeting opened with League Prayers. M. Dashkewytch chaired the meeting. The minutes of the last meeting were read by Mrs. L.. Malashewski, and the treasurer's report given by Mrs. P. Regis. A thank you letter was received from the Grade 8' pupils of St. Martin's Separate School, thanking the League for a wonderful banquet provided for them after their Graduation exercises. Mrs. E. Falzetta, Social Action Convener, read a report concerning the Provincial Government help to Catholic High Schools. "Church Life Convener, Mrs. |. Kettle, read a poem entitled "Man's Daily Bread". Mrs. A. Chepelsky, Social, Economic and Civic Life Convener, reported sending cards to sick mem= bers, and also stated that a used clothing drive will be held.to send aid to the missions. Mrs. M. Roberts, Christian Family Life Convener, reported that an Anti-Abortion compaign is being sponsored across: Canada, by the League and that posters will be placed in store windows concerning this project.
