Donna Crocker, superintendant of Recreation, Thunder Bay, spoke on "Changing Youth Values." Other matters on the agenda were the role and function of the recreation committee, communica- tions media = community T.V., V.T.R., its use and application; Regional Government - an appraisal evaluations and recommendations to the Fall Zone meeting.
