MILLER The death occurred, in a Thunder Bay hospital, on December 5th of Neven Maxwell Miller, aged 50, after a brief illness. The body was taken to McAdam, New Brunswick, where it rested in the home of the deceased's sister, Mrs. Donald Mersereau. Prayers were held there for the family, prior to the church service in St. George's Anglican Church, |- conducted by the Rev. Arthur Gregg, assisted by the Church choir. Interment was in Rockland cemetery, McAdam, N. B. ; The McAdam branch, #7, of the Royal Canadian Legion, of which the deceased was a member, form- ed a guard of honor both at the church and at the graveside. Members of the International Association of Machinists, Granite Lodge # 115, of which Mr. Miller was a member, conducted a memorial service in the home of Mrs. Mersereau. Born at Woodstock, N.B. the son of Mrs. Alfred Miller and the late Mr. Miller, the deceased was taken as an infant to McAdam, where in 1940 he entered the employment of the Canadian Pacific Rail way as an apprentice machinist. In 1956 he was promoted to Assistant Locomotive Engineer, in which capacity he served at Fredericton, and Edmundston, N.B.; Sherbrooke and Montreal, Quebec: and London and Chapleau, Ontario. In May 1970 he was transferred to Schreiber as assistant terminal superviser, which position he held at the time of his death. Mr. Miller served in the second world war from 1942-45, in Canada, England and the continent. He is survived by his wife, the former Alice Hod- gson, of Fredericton, N.B.; a daughter Shirley, of Chapleau; twin sons, Michael and Maxwell at home; his mother, Mrs. Alfred Miller, McAdam; two sisters Mrs. Donald Mersereau, McAdam; and Mrs. Kenneth Purdue, Brownsville Junction, Maine, also neices and nephews. TWINS HIGHLIGHT OF PARTY The "littlest angels" for the Christmas party in Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Borutski's home this year were their new twin son and daughter = Donald and Donna. Mr. Borutski has twin brothers and Mrs. Borutski had a twin brother and sister, so they are maintaining family tradition. They are also helping to retain Schreiber reputation still unchallenged for having the most twins of any place in north America cont'd page 14 .....
