PENNER WELCOMED BY T.B.H.S. On Wednesday, December 9th, the students of Terrace Bay High School were most fortunate to have Keith Penner, the Federal M.P. for this area, visit and talk with them. Instead of a formal speech, the floor was open for questions. Various topics were discussed. Among these, the question of lowering the voting age to 18 was discussed. Mr. Penner stated that Parliament had passed this. Another question dealt with legalization of mari- juana. Mr. Penner pointed out that this was probably the most explosive issue open in parliament at pre- sent. He went on to explain that research was being
