Bea Carr, of Brandon, made the tea and coffee Mrs. Doris Almos, Worthy Matron, of Silver Birch Chapter, O.E.S., presented Mrs. Phillips with a farewell gift from the chapter, a cream and sugar on a tray, decorated with the O.E.S. emblem. A pot luck supper and bridge party was held at the home of Mrs. Alice Farrow to honour Mrs. Aggie Sinkins, a former member of the bridge club, now residing in Toronto. With all the members participating, a gourmet supper was enjoyed and an evening of bridge took place. Mrs. Bea Carr, sister of Mrs. Marjorie Anderson, was also a guest. Mrs. Freda Knight took first prize. Mrs. Farrow presented Mrs. Sinkins with a gift. Miss Bonnie Beddard, her financee Bob Childs and Miss Leslie Douglas of Toronto were guests of Bonnie's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Beddard over the weekend.
