Volume 7, No, 35 LEAGLUL Last Monday evening Terrace Bay bowlers held a meeting to makc plans for this yoar, The four leagucs (Men's 5-pin, Ladies 5- pin, Mixed 5-pin and 10-pin) were reopresen- ted and it was decided to form a combined bowling association to include all leagues, The officers of the Association will con- sist of president, vice-president and secro=- | tary treasurcr and the executive will con=- aratc league, Officors for the year are Al Lindskoog ~ President, Peter Mazza = Vice- President and Lois Windle - Secrotary = Treasurer, The Sec,-Trocas. of each lcaguo will be elected in separate league organi- zetional meetings next week. Bach league will function as a separate unit electing a Sec,.~Treas, to head the league, koep track of prize money and ever ages and to represent the league on the main aggociation executive, Iach league will de- cide on their own schedule, prize money and distribution, scoring etc, The ceptains of the various teams in each league will act as a league executive and meet with the Sec~Treas, to handle the leagues affairs, Trophies or prizes needed for the various competitions should be decided on and these requests should be transmitted to the main bowling association through the leaguels Sec=~Treas., A new type of schedule was proposed at the main meeting for each league to consider, : namely: That the schedule be divided into two separate and distinct parts.
