The junior boys sang "Silent Night" accompanied by Mts. Fulton at the piano. Judge J. Moon of Parry Sound, chairman of the board, how- 'ever, has not yet made public the board's findings. The board was set up when producers and distributors Jailed to agree on a price to be 'pald farmers. Producers now re- ceive $290 cwt. for secondary milk. OKE Correspondent Ebenezer, Dec. 23--To the editor and staff of The Times-Gazette, a Merry, Merry Christmas and Happy and Prosperous New Year. Services on Sunday were well at- tended with the pastor, Rev. F. Mrs. Annis took the leader's part in the devotional period, with Mrs. Vin- son reading the Christmas lesson, and Christmas carols were sung throughout. During the taking of the offering a vocal solo, was con- tributed by Mrs. Lloyd Down and Dedication Prayer read by Mrs. Annis. The program was in the form of a candle lighting service Mrs, K. E. Courtice, Mrs. Yardley, Mrs. Carl Down, Mrs. Elton Wer- ry and Mrs. Ross Pearce, who re- presented the fellow Christians in each continent, and offered pray- ers for the churches in these coun- tries. The board in a final report on the accidents said the probable cause of both was the burning of gasoline which entered thecabin heaters through air intake scoops as a result of fuel tank overflow. That finding had been disclosed some months ago. The accidents involved Douglas DC-6 four-engine transports. The occurred at Bryce Canyon, States Airlines plane crashed. Fif- | ty-two persons including a crew of six were killed. The second involved an Ameri- can Airlines plane which landed at ATRL. SMITH Correspondent Prince Albert, Dec. 23 -- There was a full house at the school on Friday evening, Dec. 17, to witness the excellent program put on by the scholars. The costumes and scenery, though simple, were very appropriate and deserve credit, as they were made entirely by the pupils themselves. Orderliness and co-operation throughout the evening gave evi- dence of much interest on the part of teacher and pupils alike. Following is the program: Song, "Wi' A Hunderd Pipers," (a group of boys in kilts) ; Milkmaid | Song, Six little girls with pails and stools; "Down on the Farm", reci- tation; Cowboy Songs, boys in cos- tume; Eskimo song; Shoemaker play, with cobbler and elfs; Christ- mas songs for juniors; Indian Chor- us; Playmates; Christmas choruses; duet, "Smarty"; "The Little Dutch Mill"; New Year's play. Of course Santa arrived just in time to end a very enjoyable eve- ning. - On Tuesday evening, December 21, the Sunday School entertainment was held; a good attendance was present. Mr. Albert Harper acted as chairman and opened the even- ing programme by the 'singing of facorite carols; Mrs. Albert Harp- er acted as pianist.
