The study area boundary is defined by the direction of stormwater flowing on land and in sewers through the Saville area. The focus of the study is on improving drainage within Town owned lands located north of Rebecca Street. The Process This Study will follow the planning and design process as defined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class Environmental Assessment document (October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011, 2015, and 2023) as a Schedule B project.
