Ten ladies were present to enjoy delicious repast. Then she proceeded to show the ways that our group contributed to provide what is needed or useful to others. Some(cid:415)mes it's helpful to review these things especially at Thanksgiving. remembrance. Fi(cid:332)een sick calls were made. Maureen announced we were invited to service lunch for people a(cid:425)ending the house tour Sunday, Dec. 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. She is to get more informa(cid:415)on and report back to the group. The ladies were also informed and invited to a 90th birthday celebra(cid:415)on for Sid Drury at Milford Town Hall on Sat. Oct. 26th from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the caretaker for the church. Final plans were made for our cra(cid:332) and luncheon Christmas celebra(cid:415)on Sat. Nov. 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Luncheon is $10.00 which features homemade soups, sandwiches, desserts, and bake table. Our mee(cid:415)ng concluded with an interes(cid:415)ng and informa(cid:415)ve presenta(cid:415)on by Jan Collier on her trip to the Holy Land. Thank you, Jan. We closed with our U.C.W. prayer.
