Wal- lace, who has returned to the city after three years residence in Tren- ton, states. If people in Oshawa think business is quiet, they should go to see what conditions are like in 'other cities in the province Mr, Wallace advises, and confidently asserted, in an interview with The Times, that business here is every bit as good as elsewhere.
