This team would have been a good one to represent Bow- manville in the Lakeshore Intermed- iate group this year. They would have gone a long way. Every man on the team is a hitter and their fielding ranks with the best. © The line up during the tournament was 13 to 11 setback last night after a stiff game. The game was a close one throughout with the winning feam breaking away only in 'the last in- nings. The hitting was hard, with Turner and Kilpatrick for the Foun- dry and Colmer for the High School hitting three baggers. Colmer was on the mound for the High School boys and turned in a nice game. Seymour was the Foundry's choice and deliv- ered smart ball. . Fielding was throughout the game erractic with both teams having some costly er- rors against them, With this loss the Foundry have fallen back in the race for the championship of the second series. Batteries for the game werc: Foundry: Seymour and Tudor. High School: Colmer and Cryderman, that district and the charges were accordingly laid, Since citizens. have been re- quested to give information against motorists who have been making a speedway of Brock street a number of complaints have been made and the motorists brought to task for their indulgence in stepping on the gas when driving on this street. The result has been a no- ticeable difference in the speed of traffic on this thoroughfare and is much more satisfactory to the residents of this district.
