In order to provide the standard level of service, 14 additional leaf and yard waste col- lections will be required per year. Under the new service schedule, residents will be provided with 24 seasonal collection weeks for seasonal leaf and yard waste, which is Durham Region’s standard. Leaf and yard waste will be increasing from 10 to 24 collection weeks this year.
