According to Durham Regional Police, Jef- frey Turl, 26, of Oshawa was travelling southbound on Regional Road 2 near Concession Road 4, and was In the process of passing a number of vehicles when he collided with a northbound vehicle driven by Diane Thompson of Port Perry.
