"Scugog's Community Newspaper of Choice" Supporters of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Durham help the association raise close to $5,000 last Friday evening at their popular second annual Monte Carlo and Auction night. Patrons were treated to a large variety of impressive art pieces and merchandise donated for the occasion. President Elgin Knopp said they were very happy with the results of the evening and says it will be an ongoing fundraiser for Big Brothers/ Big Sisters.
