Good Samaritan alerts woman Scugog resident Evelyn Pros- ser was wakened by a passerby Wednesday morning to warn her that her hydro was out. According to Mrs. Prosser, the wires from the main pole to her house had burst into flames. She stated that a young man driving by her house on his way to work (between 6a.m.- 6:30a.m.) noticed the wires and worried the owners may be asleep.
