Do your current heating bills leave you speechless? Although you can't do much to rectify the situation during the peak of heating season (unless your syst- tem breaks down altogether), now's the time to do your homework and compare the different types of heating systems and their costs, so that when spring comes, you can make informed decisions about upgrading your system or perhaps even switching to a different type.
