The dinner, a sell out, ap- pears by early accounting to have been the biggest ever for Port Perry. The net funds raised, when added to the proceeds from other projects by the Port Perry Com- mittee will be nearly $60,000.00. The 200 persons in attendance were as enthusiastic as ever in their bidding for the many auction items and in participating in the three raffles. The highlight of the evening was the sale by auction of the Ducks Unlimited Waterfowl of North America Art Book.
