Evening UCW Unit Meets Seven members met at the home of Kay Notman. Joanna Malcolm opened the meeting with the Roll Call - A verse from an old School book," which was well answered. The Spring Smorgasbord was discussed. Kay Notman gave the Treas. report. Regenia Walker showed pictures and a letter from the foster child. The summnier trip to Parkwood Art Gallery and Belamy's for supper was discussed. Chris Davis needs help some afternoon to clean the Church bagement. The S. Shut-ins and Seniors meet once a month for lunch and an afternoon of entertainment. Devotional was taken by Kay Notman; who read a poem "Sud- denly It's Spring' followed by a short prayer. Joanna Malcolm's program was read from Mandate "Canada's Cultural Mosaic' from - Leviticus 33 and 34. Churches must intregate with different cultures and religions. She demonstrated how to write a cin- quain poem (a five-line stanza) then everyone wrote a poem and read it. An interesting idea and educational as well. Next meeting to be held June 13 at the home of Yvonne Priebe. Roll Call: an item for the food bank. After a lovely lunch and visit; Kay was thanked for use of her home and lunch. Choir number - '"The wonder of it all' with Gwendolyn Malcolm at the organ. The congregation welcomed the speaker Lois McLeod; a member of Blackstock United Church and a member of Quin-mo-lac Board; spoke on 'Quinte Come Alive Now." Ruby Van Camp told of the "Quinte Campaign." During the children's theme: Lois presented, "What makes a bean seed grow? what makes us grow? the answer is - Sunday School Camp! Community Church Caesarea On Sunday, May 27th, Caesarea community Church met with a good congregation. The Service was conducted by Mr. Gerald Wills, elder from Emmanuel Full Gospel Fellowship, Uxbridge. His theme was 'Fellowship Reveal- ed," taken from text 1st John 1:3 and 1st John 2:6. The message revealed - '"Those who truly believe walk; talk; and enjo fellowship; with God and eac other. Bill Telop accompanied on the piano and Kathleen played the organ.
