The topic for the evening will be 'A Bird Watchers Delight," with Betty and Edger- ton Pegg sharing some of the sightings of common and rare birds they have captured on film during their many years as active birdwatchers throughout Durham Region and other areas. Looking ahead to Saturday, November 18, the Brooklin Socie- ty are holding a demonstration and workshop at Burns Church, with lunch jncluded and a fee of $15. The workshop will include ideas and practical tips for holi- day decorating. In addition to the demonstrations, each participant will create one article, and sup- plies will be for sale to complete more projects at home later.
