The A.A.L.P. was initiated by the Ontario Federa- tion of Agriculture, the Founda- tion for Rural Living, the Univer- sity of Guelph, and the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Funding comes from both the public and private sectors as well as the participants. The program will cover a total of 56 days over the next 2 years and is designed to develop the leadership skills of the participants who are involved in agricultural businesses and organizations. Barry is employed tario as a Credit Advisor with the Farm Credit Corporation and is looking forward to the next A.AL.P. Seminar on Sept. 11-13 at the On- Hydro Orangeville.
