Swain Seed Sluggers lost but played an excellent game with homeruns from Lloyd Jessup and Jacob Blaetter. Doubles were hit by Deryk Campbell and Dillian Weber with outstanding plays by Shane Savage and Dillian Weber along with great pitching from Shane Savage. For H.M. Wright Sox it was an | exciting game. Triples were hit by Michael Versage and Danny Lyons. Singles were the mainstay for this team. Trevor Barr, David Bauer, Mandy Bonsma, Ben Stephenson and Pam Goble were the hitters for the game along with a double from Michael Ver- sage, he also came up with an outstanding catch to end the game with a punch. For Don Frew & Sons a sole homerun was hit by Darryll McClurg with a triple by Trevor Marroch and singles from David Carnaghan (2) and Jason Malcolm. Lishman vs Blackstock Lioness with a final score of 11 to 10. Lishman squeezed by with runs from Ryan Larmon (2) and Kirk Swain. Doug Lynde came up with two doubles and singles were hit by Mindy Gainey and Allan Rich- mond. Only one triple was hit by Kirk Swain. Great catches were made by Shawn Hughes at second along with Jenny Sheehey. Outstanding efforts came from Brandon Thomas and Karon Swain. Blackstock Lioness did not pro- duce any homeruns but came up with doubles from Lloyd Shad- dock, Brad Vokins and Scott Swain. Singles were plentiful coming from Melissa Donnely, Brad Vokins, Brennan Malcolm, Scott Swain, Bill Duncan, Dustin Marnock and finally William Michel. Dustin Marnock made an outstanding catch with terrific pitching from William Michel, Dustin Marnock and Brad Vokins. Asselstine vs Maltheb Farms with a final score of 23 to 13. Blackstock Country Hardware vs Blackstock Lions with a final score of 13 to 12. Blackstock Country Hardware managed to steal the game by one in the final inning. Andrew Pereman was the winning pitcher allowing only four runs in and Graham Holt connected for a good hit to score the winning run for the XL Ea- gles. For Standard Electric, Louis Whitfield pitched well and hit a homerun while Aaron Tiessen and Craig Coates each had good hits to earn a coupleof R.B.1.'s. Pineridge Sports put it to- gether at the South Diamond to win their second game of the season to beat Kentucky Fried Chicken by the score of 13 to 9. Danny Wood was the winning Pitcher for Pineridge after re- ieving starter Ritchie Tripp in the third inning. Ritchie Tripp also threw a runner out at third base when Stephen McFarlane made a good tag. Jason Kane, Sean Sauter and Kevin O'Neil each had a double and a single to provide the offense for Pine- ridge Sports to earn the win. For Kentucky Fried Chicken, James Paterson stole five bases while Matt Gotthelf hit a triple 'scoring three runs. At Seagrave diamond, the home team from Seagrave didn't have any mercy for their visitors and slaughtered Cow- boy Bob's by the score of 17 to 4. For Seagrave, Mark Jansen made a sensational diving catch at third base while Jeremy Ward hit a double, his first of the season and Mike Williams connected for a home run driv- ing in two runs. On June 15, Cowboy Bobs headed back to Seagrave to meet Standard Electric and played a very strong game, but Standard Electric held on to beat the Cowboys by the score of 13 to 10. : Robbie Romano and Lindsay Parry each had a couple of good hits and earned three RBI's each while Lindsay Parry tagged two runners out trying to steal home and Paul Linton Chapman. Causeway Esso vs Cummings Backhoe with a final score of 6 to 4. Causeway Esso beat Cumm- ings Backhoe with a triple by Steven Kyte bringing in two runs. Only one double was to be had and it was by Ritchie Timmers. Singles came from Louise Shad- dock and Tanya Mappin. Josh Wilson came up with outstanding fielding along with terrific pit- ching from Tanya Mappin and Andy Wilson. results made a good catch in centrefield for Standard Electric. Kevin Pearce pitched three strong innings for Cowboy Bobs, allowing only four runs in. Mike Sluggett and Brad Rich- ardson each went four for four at the plate and Mike scored four times. League President, June Haynes welcomed the Lindsay Ladies League and the fun began. Following nine holes of golf, a delicious luncheon was served at the club, then the winners were announced and prizes selected. Carol Jackson won 1st low gross with 47 and Doris Watson won 1st low net - Doris also came in with the least number of putts. Bonnie Robinson and Andre Date from Lindsay were 2nd low gross and low net.
