On Wednesday Betty and Nor- man Tapscott had a surprise visit from their friend Margaret Cope of Orillia. On Friday Betty Tapscott received word that her brother Jim Thomas of Stouffville was in York Central Hospital in Rich- mond Hill following an accident when a deer ran into his car. His wife and daugther have been released from hospital but Jim will be there for about five weeks. So Betty and Norm visited Jim on Sunday. Congratulations to Mark Kerry who graduated from Guelph University last week. Elva and Walter went to the graduation.
