YMCA floor hockey action - In Junior Floor Hockey action, Red Wings were edged by the Blue Jay's by the score of 9-8, with Chris Langford scoring the winn- ing goal in the overtime period. This was Chris Langford's third goal a the night earning himself .a hat tri Other scorers for the Blue Jays" were Jeffrey Neal with four goals the tying goal late in the third period to force the overtime period, while Evan Bertrand and Adam Youmans each assisted with one goal each. For the Red Wings, Scott Brounson, David Halward and Jason Gunn each scored two goals while singles went to Kevin Dun- can and Darryl Dalton. In Intermediate action at R.H. Cornish, the Red Razors solidly beat the Green Gators by the score of 5-2, for their first win of the season. Josh Duncan scored three goals to earn himself a hat trick for the Red Razors while Denis Goodman connected for two goals later on in the game to finish off their scoring. David Verschuuren and Doug Short each connected for one goal for the Green Gators. The Blue Racers finally won this game by the score of 15-14 in regular play.
