Claire MacKenzie was presented with the Governor- General's Medal for excellence. Tiffany deKnecht was presented with the Blair Graham Memorial Award, Daryl Prosser with the W.G. Bowles Memorial Award, Tammy McMillen with the Kinette Club of Port Perry Bursary, Tiffany deKnecht and Ann Rooney with the Kinsmen Club Bursaries and Claire MacKenzie with the Rotary Club Bursary. Sheryl Porter received the Eleanor Kelly Memorial Award, Natascha Beinbrecht received the Dr. M.B. Dymond History Award while Sheryl Porter received the Ont. S.S.T.F. prize. . Mrs. Gunter presented the school with the W.W. VanCamp books and also made Duke of Edinburgh awards to Esther Kel- ly, Julie Byers, Jill VanCamp and Jason Argue. Sheryl Porter was introduced by Tiffany deKnecht and presented her Valedictory Ad- dress. Following the Queen and a departing march by the Band the crowd went to the High School where a social time was enjoyed.
