The high count went to Dini Page for ladies and Murray Evans was high count for gentlemen. Bob and Mary Evans were the Consolation winners. Of course, most of our group are '""once a year" bowlers. The big excitement of the day was a first hand view of the expertise of the two local fire departments (Janetville & Caesarea) at work as they handl- ed a cottage fire. A suggestion! Get on the loudspeaker and tell the neighbours what is happening so they don't have to strain their necks watching and wondering. Just kidding fellows - you do a great job. By the way they saved the cottage. I'm very pleased to hear that Mrs. Earl Fielding is home from hospital where she was a pacient for the past week. Murray and Marie Geer have just returned home from a 23 day tour to Australia and New Zealand and although they visited a great number of places of in- terest and met a lot of nice peo- ple they are glad to be back home.
