Seventy-five ladies enjoyed the talent of Rita Hope from Whitby, Ontario. Happy Birthday to Louisa Van Ravenswaay, she was another year old on Saturday the 19th of March and my good friend Betty Deeth celebrated her birthday on Friday the 18th of March. Don't forget Gayle Stapley she will be -- well older on Tuesday, March 22. Happy Birthday to you all from Prince Albert. Oh yes, Hap- py Birthday to Vivian Canning also -- a big bird told me she had a lovely cake on March 17. Sympathy to the Strong family and to Dorothy Hargrave in the passing of Hugh Hargrave in Florida last Thursday. Our prayers are with you all. It was euchre night again on Thursday evening March 17 and 14 tables were filled. Ladies high was Madeline Dawson, second was Earla Hill and low was Clara Whitter. On the mens side high was Bert Daniels, second was Ir- win Kydd and J. Dawson came in low. Door prizes went to Rachel Harver and Frank Andrews. Sympathy to Mr. and Mrs. Mur- ray Holtby in the loss of Tots sister Mary Sweetman. Ken and Maureen Dowson and Angie were in North Bay on March 12, yes, Angie is at it again -- she won a Bronze medal. Then on March 19 they travelled to Orangeville for the all-Ontairo - Championship and Angie was in the Eastern part section and came in 8th. Great work Angie.
