The Robinglade Ladies Group had a great turnout for the meeting at Linda Calders last week. Linda showed us how to make material flowers, and a good time was had by all. The Official Church Board meeting will be held at the Green- bank Church at 8:00 p.m. on Thurs- day January 28. It's time again to start saving your newspapers, the "Green- bank/Seagrave Cubs & Beavers are having a paper drive on March 26. As this is the major fundraising Broken bones are on the mend! event which looks after the daily needs of the Cubs and Beavers, everyone is asked to help by saving their newspapers. The Greenbank/Seagrave Group Committee are selling tickets on two afghans. The first prize will be the winners choice of afghan. The draw will be held at the parent/son ban- quet in June. Tickets are available from any Cub or Beaver. The Cubs and Beavers will be par- ticipating, with their parents, in an ice fishing derby on February 13. This event schould be lots of fun for everyone. They are also hosting a skating party on Sunday February 21, to kick off Scout/Guide week, which is February 21-27. All Brownies and Guides are invited to join in for a fun time of skating.
