They saw "Othello" and "Cabaret" at the Festival Theatre, and were over- night guests with son Barry and wife Joan of Simcoe. An interesting visit with Gwen's Uncle and Aunt, Mr. and Mrs. John Arnot Van Nest of Brantford was a part of their trip. Saturday afternoon guests of Lawrence and Gwen Malcolm were Mrs. Velma Sinclair of Emmerson's Beach and Mrs. Kay Wilson of Stetler, Alberta. Roy and Doris Nottingham of Caesarea, spent last week camping at Honey Harbour with Nancy Not- tingham Reid and husband Greg Firefighter Doug Day was the winner of the Regatta's Father's Day draw, and even though these kids aren't his (that's Kristy Bower, 1, and Tara Tennyson, 4), they must think he's a neat dad anyways. Caesarea Community Church Despite poor weather, the special open air family service was held in Putsey Park at 10 a.m. with a nice number attending. Some were dressed in rainwear while others were holding umbrellas. Due to the thoughtfulness of Mr. Albert Putsey...who does a lot of good in the Caesarea community...on Saturday, he arranged a shelter and a speak- ing system in Putsey Park...for the special family service on Sunday. In this way the speakers and musi- cians were enclosed when the rain came down...so that the service could pe continued. What a fine idea! It was much appreciated by those present! Rev. Dr. W.H. Crawford con- ducted -the service and Student Minister Theo Hoekstra presented the timely message. Special music was provided by Tammie & Paul Chilco and John Blair...using an electric piano. Rev.
