Through education we gain a widen- ing knowledge, a large circle of friends, and acquaintance. We con- tribute to others' lives by serving. Although our teaching and sharing values in life may never be' acknowledged in words, he said, they are remembered. Apprecia- tion, recognition, and love are im- portant factors in life. The Grade 5 choir from Sunderland Public Schobl, under the direction of Mrs. Debbie De Jong, sang several lively numbers from their musical about '"Wheels." The teachers appreciated their fine con- tribution and presented them with a monetary token.
