Spring 'is such an in- vigorating season one can hardly wait to drag out the paint and the wallpaper tray or hang the curtains and blankets on the line to blow in the breeze or to work up the flower beds and rake the lawn - a great time of the year to stop and take time to smell the roses. Congratulations to Miss Lorna Durward who was recently crown- ed princess for the Commercial Horsemens Association. Lorna is the daughter of Joan and Earl Dur- ward. Best wishes to this pretty young lady on such an achievement! 'Best wishes to Bill Sandiford who underwent surgery in the Oshawa General a week or so ago and also to Mrs. Lillian Martimer who is a patient in the Port Perry Hospital.
