The Township will spend a total of *403,000 this year on several projects in all four wards in Scugog. Half of this money comes from a direct grant from the provincial government. The Township council Monday afternoon endorsed the recom- mendations for projects made by Lake Scugog in winter is famous for ice fishing and snowmobiling. But the influx of visitors each winter creates some major ~ parking problems, expecially on narrow rural roads that border the lake. Councillors have received several complaints from residents. in the Honey's Beach area this win- ter and there have always been problems in Caesarea as visitors hunt for a spot to park their cars -and trailers while they spend the day fishing or snowmobiling on the lake. ' In an effort to try to do something about the parking the roads committee. These include the following: In Ward 1, Consession 7 will be - prime surface treated from Epsom to Durham Road 23.
