Consumers closed the gap with a goal by Ryan Picard assisted by Kevin Brown and Sam Shewan. Jeff Labanovich got his second of the game assisted by Shawn Larocque. Ryan Picked up his second goal of the game unassisted. Sam Shewan tied the game for Consumers with assists going to Ryan Picard and Kevin Brown. Tweens win 7-4 Despite the long drive to Warkworth, Allen Aluminum Tweens were ready for a close checking game. The girls worked hard passing and checking for some time before Nicole Slack opened the scoring assisted by Lisa Levy. However, Warkworth quickly tied the score. With continued determination, Port Perry scored three quick goals before the period ended. Lisa Levy scored unassisted and Nicole Slack added two more, one assisted by Lisa Levy. The remainder of the game re- mained close with both teams trading three goals, ending the game in Port's favour 74. Scoring during the second period were Lisa Levy assisted by Nicole Slack and Christine Mueller. Nicole Slack scored twice more, the latter assisted by Heather Lawrence. The rcsults follow: Kinsmen %3 Port Perry Printing - 1 Kinsmen scored two goals in the last nine minutes of the game to grab the victory, with Ian Shrigley and Shawn Lewerentz each scoring, unassisted. Matt McClelland had opened the scoring in the first period for the Kinsmen. Kirk Swain fired Port Perry Prin- ting's only goal, assisted by Ryan Duff. Swamp Auto Body - 9 Van Camp Contracting - 1 In this game Darren Kinnunen fired five goals for Swamp. Darryl McEnaney added a pair, plus four assists. Greg Pugh had the other two goals. Assists were credited to Jerry Blackburn (2), Ian McCready, Ryan Edgar and Dwayne Rombough. Jeff Griffin scored late in the game for Van Camp, spoiling Matt Hobb's shut-out. Swamp Auto Body - 4 Remax Realty - 3 In this game Remax had a 3-1 lead until late in the second period, but could not hold off a determined Swamp team. The winning goal was scored with only 53 seconds left in the game by Darren Kinnunen, assisted by Ian McCready and Greg Pugh. Darren had another goal and an assist, Greg a goal and two more assists, and Ian a goal. Darryl McEnaney also had an assist. For Remax, Steve Cochrane, Jason Hopkins, and Adam Hunter all scored once, with Matt Phoenix adding an assist.
