The first game was played in 24-17 loss for DACO Tracey McPhaden. The D.A.C.O. team is also not without its stars. Linda Ashton at Rover made a great catch on a sizzl- ing line drive robbing Manilla of a potential few more runs. Bonnie Fit- zgerald batted 100 getting on base all five times she was up. D.A.C.O. is at home in Port Perry Wednesday night at 8:30 against Blackstock. Although the team played well they came out on the short end of a 23-8 count against an aggressive, ex- perienced Scarboro team. Chad Kearns pitched a strong game for Port, striking out 7 over the first five innings. Jeremy Nor-. ton came on to pitch one solid inn- ing in relief. Jeremy also was a force at the plate, racking up a double, home run, 4 RBI's and 2 runs scored in three at-bats. Clay Scott had a good night, cracking a single and a two-run homer.
