The first week of Blackstock Playground '86 was known as friendship week. During the course of the week the children have made many new friends amongst themselves. The children have learned to work together with their new and old friends and they have produced small skits which they have performed for the others. These skits have proven to be quite amusing for everyone. They have also enjoyed doing various crafts and games with their new friends. All in all this past week, has proven to be quite successful for everyone. The second week's theme has been set as 'Countries Week." Each day a different country will be represented and the craft of the day will have something to do with that country. To start our fundraisers for our various trips we will be starting to sell tickets for our Cake Raffle at the beginning of the week for 50 cents a ticket. The Cake Raffle is to be held July 23.
